Discussion with representatives of companies
What are the benefits of internships? Who searches for interns to work long term? Who offers the best internship possibilities? Come and find out!
Sven Anderson
Sven is a doctoral student in semiotics and cultural theory at the UT. Sven's doctoral thesis deals with brand research.
Sven has had the experience of founding two companies and now also liquidating them.
The first time Sven burned out was when he started studying at the university and set himself the goal of getting only A's. The second time, Sven burned out at the beginning of his doctoral studies when he lost balance in his private and professional life and between them. Both burnouts have shown that in the long term, what can help is a comprehensive to-do list and a schedule in Google Calendar, conscious breathing, daily walks, for example, in the botanical garden, and hobby drawing.

Be open-minded and ask
To get the most out of the CareerRave, you need to be open-minded. Ask the presenters questions so you could take the most relevant ideas and information with you.
Have more questions?
1. The CareerRave will feature different companies. How do I find an internship I'm interested in?
On the Worksup platform, you can enter a company's name or the keyword of a field of activity in the search field. Suppose you are interested in marketing challenges. In that case, we recommend entering "market" in the search field to filter the results, which include the words "marketing" as well as "marketing specialist", etc.
2. I found a service offered by the university or a company of interest in the expo area. What to do next?
By clicking on the name of the company or service in the expo area, you will find out what they offer. Feel free to use the contact details to get in touch with them.
3. I am unable to attend the event. Can I view it later?
Yes, the event will be recorded and you can watch it on CareerRave webpage.
